Created in 1985 per Hubert DELOBEL starting from the old regional receipt of Pas-de-Calais the "wine of currant", Perlé de Groseille became the regional aperitif of the Côte d'Opale and the north of France.

In 1988 Hubert Delobel creates Perlé de Framboise with it's beautiful flavours. Very nice as aperitif or desert, it is today as famous as Perlé de Groseille.

And in 2004, the last Perlé made of cherries "The Perlé de Crise". Now Hubert DELOBEL is become the specialist of the fermentation of red fruits in France. He'll produce 72 000 bottles in 2006.

At Loison sur Créquoise you can try 3 others local drinks : The Frênette, the Cider des Hauts d'Artois and "L'eau de Vie de Cidre de la Créquoise"

19th Currant celebrates: On 19, 20 July 2008 : If you are in this country, come to the festival of redcurrant, you'll not forget it. 10 000 visitors in 2007 (free entrance).

On place, Cathy and Hubert DELOBEL give you a walk circuits leaflet to discover this very beautiful village with its river, woods and hills.
And in July and August, try the marvellous crepes of Cathy with raspberry coulis and chantilly maison ! A complete menu with cider at 8 €.
