For a long time, Hubert Delobel wished to get back to the very fruity flavour of the white a apple-jack made in mobile stills in village squares. This was managed in 1995.


Its fruity flavour in the mouth gives it a softness and takes over the whole of your palate. It is excellent cold or at room temperature, not everyone has the same taste.

After a single distillation, after only 12 months in oak barrels, with the addition of no water or only very little, the spririt is bottled as it is at 51°.
