With the desire to discover tastes and scents, the Perlé de Framboise was created in 1989 again several years of research.

Perlé de Framboise is distinguished by its superb scent of red fruits and immediate fruitiness in the mouth. Its colour varies between ruby, pink and orange. It also is 11,5° alcohol. It is primarily drunk as an aperitif, but also to be served with desserts, such as a red fruit charlotte. In cooking, it is recommended in the preparation of sauces to serve with game (venison, wild boar, hare…).


It is made from fermented raspberry juice, water and sugar. There are at least 15 kinds of raspberries. The tiny bubbles of the Perlé arise solely from the fermentation. Its takes at least 3 months to make the Perlé. Perlés whether of red-currants or of raspberries or cherries should be served well chilled (6°C) and should be drunk young to keep their lightness. Of course, the bottles should be kept on their sides out of the light.
