With the desire to discover tastes and scents, the Perlé de Framboise was created in 1989 again several years of research. |
![]() Perlé de Framboise is distinguished by its superb scent of red fruits and immediate fruitiness in the mouth. Its colour varies between ruby, pink and orange. It also is 11,5° alcohol. It is primarily drunk as an aperitif, but also to be served with desserts, such as a red fruit charlotte. In cooking, it is recommended in the preparation of sauces to serve with game (venison, wild boar, hare…). |
