Take one liter of cider not pasteurized (Cidre des Hauts d'Artois). Add
10cl Brandy of Cider of Créquoise to 51°.
Then heat and add brown sugar to hide alcohol and to balance aperitif.
Serve hot in good company.
Recommendations for Brandy :
- Superb nature in the medium of the meal or on a vanilla ice cream as dessert,
or at the end of the meal, after the coffee, in the same still hot cup.
- in autumn and winter, add a light net on your black roll and your
apples.
- in summer, wet your roasted andouillettes with brandy.
