La mousse au chocolat au Perlé de Framboise
Put pink biscuits of Reims soaked beforehand in Perlé de Framboise in the bottom of individual cups.
Add a traditional chocolate mousse.
Let refreshing a few hours.
Before serving, decorate with some kiwi slides and whole raspberries.
